Can not send or receive MMS on Galaxy S22

I have read all the forums regarding this issue. Seems like a lot of people have problems sending and receiving MMS on Visible. No matter what I try I can not send or receive. Does anyone have a real fix? Calling visible support was useless.

that only works of the other user has RCS enabled and that does not help when you are not on WI FI
