Had similar experience with Miserable. They won’t unlock the phone I
paid them full retail for plus two months of service. After they finally
admitted it was locked, they played confused over chat that they
couldn’t find it on their network. I think ...
At first I thought MISERABLE were just incompetent. Now I believe they
are intentionally just trying to rip off consumers. Buying a phone from
them was the worst telecommunications experience of my life.
I feel sorry for the chat agents. Mine have been nice but are unable to
help. There CRM software is complete crap. If you haven't already, don't
switch to MISERABLE.
If only we could all be so lucky. I bought a $700 iPhone from Visible
and waited four months to activate it. After a 4 hour activation chat, I
found service did not work at my house. I ported my number back to a
reputable carrier and tried to unlock....
