OK - after lots of frustration I simply switched browsers from Chrome to
Microsoft Edge and all problems went away. I was able to login
immediately, pay my bill, and my account was restored in under 10
minutes.
Yes same with me. Yet, I've tried many many times, each time it's kicked
me off. Trying to get into my account to pay my bill for three days now
- cannot Login to my account. Judging from this Community Forum, it
appears to be a common problem.
