I too have an iPhone and I have a Visible that gives me no options on my
phone to shut off call waiting. I do not like waiting. I do not want
call waiting and yet they can’t change it and blame me.
I too hate call waiting Yes Verizon always had to turn mine off too. Now
I have Visuble and as you said I again cannot change it!!! They point
finger at me too like id lie about it?! irritates me and I will have to
change carriers once again.
