Where do I find the support that you used? There seem to be no humans involved in this svc, even though it worked well when I had it before.

Did not work for me. Sure wish the chat was more helpful. I see online that one can change it, but the complicated sign up pages seem to state this cannot be done. Anyone have ideas/experience?
