The reason this person is in a peer to peer forum is because THERE IS NO
SUCH THING AS VISIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like you didn’t already know
that. Thanks for your worthless input.
No service on Ultra 3 here. I too paid for annual service. I’ve tried
multiple times. From what I’ve read, Visible doesn’t care and won’t
help. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me.
