With all the texting issues, I thought to see if my Apple Watch could
text over Visible cellular while my iPhone was turned off. I have the
watch on my Visible plan.iMessage worked fine, but not to Androids over
cellular. Should this work on Visible?

You have to delete your current phone to get the scan QR code option on
the account web page, at least that is the way it worked for me.Please
do not make the mistake of deleting your account, only the existing
phone.
