After a week of failing to port my number, I'm done. I made several
attempts, with PINs and everything and nothing. Every time I contacted
customer service, they said give them another 24 hours. Nothing. Maybe

They couldn't port my number from Verizon. I gave them a week and all I
got was a daily "We need 24 more hours" message. Worst customer service
ever! Now they are sitting on my refund. Very shady company!
