After spending around 5 hours chatting with Visible customer support today attempting to resolve a recurring problem on Visible's end, and about 15 hours in total on the same problem, I requested a supervisor. While chatting with that Supervisor name...
Does anyone have an alternative method for contacting visible for tech support? I cannot call due to problems on their end. I cannot chat, because the chat sessions time out after hours of waiting with no agents available to assist.
