did you leave your screen on or did you let it go to screensaver mode? does it still work if the screen goes dark?

Has anyone had this issue solved for them? I am another customer who can't get ahold of anyone and now neither of my phones are working.

I am frustrated that I didn't think to check and see if there had been issues. I am switching from an psim to an esim. Has this issue been resolved for anyone? Should I restart the process or leave both phones charging hoping it will just work at som...
