Just saying, seems kind of unintelligent these days to give no option other than SMS for 2FA for Visible customer logins https://lcgdiscovery.com/why-the-fbi-wants-you-to-stop-using-sms-safeguard-your-digital-communicatio...
When I log into my bank online and they want to send me the 2FA code to finish the login process, they offer sending the code using SMS or email. I never use SMS (I'm a comp-sci/networking educated person) and always have 2FA codes sent to my GMail account, where I know HTTPS and TLS v1.3 will be enabled. I've been doing online banking for years this way and have yet to have an account break in.
Just a suggestion.
