Been attempting to change account password for several days now. Used both Web site and app to request the SMS with reset link. Nothing ever shows up. Have passwords been locked since the data breach incident?

Yes, I asked Care Team through chat. A link was sent which was supposed to generate an SMS with the link for the reset (same as doing it on Web site or app). Nothing happens. No SMS is sent.
