Bank can't sent text messages to my phone since I switched from Verizon to Visible

I switched from Verizon to Visible and ported my original phone number. I am trying to log on to my credit union (ICCU) with my original Verizon phone number and I am no longer receiving a text message with the verification code.

I can only suggest you try texting TRANSACT to 67777 and see of that works. If not you will need to get a hold of customer service, of you contact via chat type agent or live agent, you may need to do this more than once to get by the chat bot.

Have you tried talking with your bank? It could be an issue on their end.
