Can't reach the chat line as I don't have phone service as they didn't send a new sim card which was promised 4 times on chat. Can't get into the account to chat now as it thinks I have the new sim in and need to register! The only way to do that is first the authentication thru the phone # which is NOT working. Can't get beyond this online
