If I bring two lines to Visible, can one by on Visible+ and one on Visible

I did a switch over with buying a phone through visible for the promo of $200 virtual gift card after 3 consecutive months of service. I was suppose to recode a 10 digit pin for the promo but have not receive anything via email. Need help?
