Hi @Carol1 - Yes, according to the Terms & Conditions, you have the option to either accept the offer or to reject it. If you reject it, the phone will be returned to you. Keep in mind there is a specific clause in there that requires you to respond within a certain period of time that's specified during the process (so just be sure to be timely once you're told what it's worth).
