How do I upgrade my current Visible R2 phone that was originally supplied by Visible?
Buy another phone in the shop? All you would have to do is swap the SIM between the two phones.
I would buy another and just not activate the sim that comes with it, but is that how visible wants it done? I am also looking for a new phone and have had a pixel 5 in my cart for two weeks now 😛
If I buy a new phone in the shop I would be assigned a new phone number and a new complete account.
In my experience, you're only allowed 1 phone per account on Visible (Not sure how it is now). Just talk to support and they'll unlock your account. That way you can buy a new phone.
iPhones might be your best option right now. It seems to have the majority of the support right now for 5G and otherwise.
