Just a heads up for anyone seeing the same thing. I have been on Visible+ for about two years now with the latest iPhones and never had the UW symbol until today. Yesterday I lost service and out of frustration I deleted the eSIM from my phone. I reactivated it and when I woke up I am now receiving 5G in my home where that was never the case before and to my surprised the UW symbol is now active and my speeds are significantly better. So if you also do not have the UW showing and your phone and service tier supports it, I would try deleting the eSIM and reactivating as that worked for me. Have a great day!
