I forgot to pay my bill, so at 12am my service was disconnected. When I noticed it was disconnected I went on the app to try to pay, but the buttons I click to pay are all grayed out. So I don’t have service and can’t even pay to turn it back on. Has anyone ran into this issue? Visible support said it is an error on their end but it’s been a day now and I still don’t have an operable phone. Any help or input would be much appreciated.

You should get back in touch with customer service and get the issue fixed. Not sure what else you can do at this point. Maybe once you get it fixed click or toggle the autopay button on, I have had autopay since I started and only recently I switched my payments to use PayPal instead.

And you can have more than one credit card assigned to your account for autopay.
