Cannot sign up

Hi,

 

I am trying to help my family switching to Visible.  But "something went wrong" keeps popping up when I help them log in.  I tried to use different browsers and under the incognito model, clear cookies. The problem persists.  I am wondering if anyone has run into the issue recently?

I do not see anywhere on the website to "chat" with the care team

Did you get this worked out?  I'm having the same exact problem trying to sign up my mom.  Customer care wasn't able to figure it out.

I am trying to help my wife and sister each get on a Visible plan and also get the "Something when wrong" message after selecting the plan. They both want to swap their existing phones to compatible ones (the Visible Midnight). Any solutions?
