I have been speaking on the phone for over five hours with four agents and three levels of support with no resolution. The last agent said I would receive an email and a phone call within an hour. They just emailed me and said it may be up to 24 hours before I hear from anyone again. I have four accounts with Visible for many years and the most important "Primary" account is not working. I have repeatedly asked to speak with an agent in the United States with no success.
