Does Visible allow you to turn on caller ID using your name? If so, how do you set it up?

You would need to contact customer service and see if you get the one agent that knows how to put in a ticket to CNAM and get it changed. For a while now if you get the untrained agent they will just tell you that Visible doesn't offer customer caller ID which is not true, they just don't have the knowledge to request the change. I joined over 3 1/2 years ago and I was able to get mine changed to my name since it said wireless caller. Now they can have it changed to wireless caller if it shows another persons name but for some reason they won't change it to a name if it shows wireless caller even though it is the same process.
