I am not able to APPLY the 35FOR6 CODE for NEW Account?

Hello, I am trying to start a new account for my iPhone SE 3rd Gen. & add the promo code and and pay, BUT the “something went wrong” keeps coming up??

This is a peer to peer forum, for your issue you would need to contact customer service and maybe they can help.

 

Only thing I can suggest is you try clearing your cart, then clear browser cache, restart browser and try again. if that doesn't work try an incognito tab or window. Good luck.

I got it fixed..  Facebook Messenger to contact real person at Visible!

I had the same issue.  Go to Visible Facebook Messenger, and you can actually get in touch with a human that will manually add the promo to your account!
