I need Help Starting up service

I just transferred my phone to Visible. I am unable to make or receive calls, am I missing a step?

When should I be able to use my phone for calling out. I am only able to send & receive Texts.

I assume you activated using the Visible app. Restart your phone after activation.

I'm new also.  I can make a call but cant receive texts and have no data.  I've restarted after activation.  How do I get this fixed?
