I have no way to contact visible on social media because I've been permanently blocked/silenced by all the platforms. The chat box on the website didn't work the last time I tried it and I could not log in via the website either. It's a miracle I was able to log into this forum. Contacting Visible for help seems like a recurring issue for many users. Many customers are actively looking for help but still can't get answers. Any solutions?

Have you tried Messenger? I usually get the quickest replies this way. Have you been blocked from that as well? Otherwise, ask to speak to a manager on the website chat. I hope this helps.
