Hello! I just signed up with Visible and already the cell service is unusable ๐
Gone through literally all the recommended steps (taking out SIM card/airplane mode/turning off phone/changing network settings/everything) and nothing has changed.
My phone will only stay connected to the network (5GWU with no bars lit) for about a minute before fizzing out and going into SOS mode. I tried talking to a person over the chat but nothing changed in my network performance, no matter what new trick they tried. I also disconnected from them and the Chat AI is stonewalling me from reaching another rep because I don't have a case number handy. Any help would be super appreciated! ๐
