No service after paying the bill

I paid my bill this morning after having my account suspended for late payment. I was only 12 hours late making my payment. Visible took my money but I have been without service all day. This has never happened before and I've been a customer for almost 2 years now. I tried to get ahold of a chat agent but nothing. What is going on with this company. Seems illegal to take my money then leave me with no service all day. Seems even more illegal to have no way of contacting someone about the issue. Chat support is a monumental joke.

Unfortunately, the only option you have is to contact Visible Care via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or live chat on the website.

FWIW, I posed a question on Twitter this AM and received a quick reply within two minutes.
