You would need the email address associated with the account, the password, the person will have to send you the code from their phone when they get the SMS text. Once you gain access you would need to add your form of payment and then pay. Hopefully it doesn't flag you as a possible hacker but with all the info for email, password and SMS code it shouldn't but I could be wrong.
It would be easier to have the person pay with a credit card since that bill won't come until the credit card payment is due and just send them money to cover the credit card.
