Verizon 5G Home Internet discount for Visible+ members

Hello,

I am a Visible+ member and I just subscribed to Verizon 5G home internet service.

I understand that I can receive a $10/mon discount on my Verizon bill.

I have the Verizon account set up and I have paid my first month bill.

How do I go about receiving this discount on future Verizon bills?

Hi, have you read this: https://www.visible.com/plans/home-internet

It sounds like you should have gotten a code and entered it when you set up service.

You may have to reach out to Visible or Verizon support and explain that you didn't enter the code when setting up service, and that you would still like your discount now
