Visible basic plan changed to $25

I am visible customer from Oct 2022. Last year plan was $30 for basic unlimited which got changed to $25 few months back for everyone bu still we are paying $30 and there is no way to change it. Why ?

Open a chat session, when you get the bot type "live agent".  Ask the agent for the new pricing.

It won't work like that .. I wrote live agent multiple times but bot is not allowing me to talk to real agent

The last time I tried to get through to a live person, I tried variations of “human being” about a dozen times before I got into the queue.
