I have a business account phone that my company is letting me transfer the number to a personal account. I have the account number and the 6 digit PIN number but Visable keeps saying my PIN number is bad. I requested a new pin from Verizon and get the same results

The 6 digit pin is your account access PIN, You need a port out PIN from your current carrier.
