When will my phone work?

I just transferred my phone number from my Verizon account to the Visible account. When will my phone start working? I can't make or receive calls only texts.

my iphone xs getting no singnal at all

I am iphone keeps losing signals and show no bars at all for past days and still happening now. Sometime restart the iphone will slove the problem but sometimes just no help.

I have the Visible Midnight phone and I have had nothing but trouble with the phone since I have had! I asked about trading in and imagine my surprise when they told me it was worth a big $0!! Why do you carry a phone that has all kinds of issues!!!?...
