My card didn’t have enough money to make my monthly payment. I updated it and now it does. Will visible charge it or is it too late? What do I need to do to make sure the payment goes through?

Someone has the same number as me. I got my number yesterday and someone else has been replying to my imessage texts and I have been receiving texts from services I don't have with a name that isn't mine. How could this have happened?

Lost contacts when starting service

I just switched to visible from verizon and most of my contacts disappeared. I’m assuming it has something to do the the eSIM? Is there a way I can get them back?
