Charged extra $100

My monthly service fee is $30 a month, which I paid on February 28th. Why was I charged an extra $100 on March 2nd? On my bank statement, the charge is listed as, "PRE VISIBLE LOC: LONE TREE CO".

My texting is now working. I was able to get through to support on Chat at 0345 and they fixed it!
