SIM card

I haven’t received my SIM card. I’ve tracked the order and it hasn’t shipped since I ordered it on April 8th. Why hasn’t it shipped?

dumped metro to get great coverage from visible. 90212 lousy coverage all day 1 bar. No email capability. Service and connectivity so far is CRAP- supposedly getting great coverage from Verizon- BS- Cannot reach visible via email. For this I pay $???
