Can't Receive Calls/Text and Log into Account - # ported

I signed up and ported #. Said all went well and should restart and in 30 minutes would be good but been 2 hours and can't call/text send and receive. Tried to log into account but wants to send me text to verify account but can't receive text. HELP....

Absolutely frustrated trying to get visible cell plan

I have been trying to get my husbands cell on visible for over 2 weeks now. I ordered a physical sim and fedex decided I did not live here and sent the sim back (live in country, too far to drive for one package). Chatted with visible and “no problem...
