dumped metro to get great coverage from visible. 90212 lousy coverage all day 1 bar. No email capability. Service and connectivity so far is CRAP- supposedly getting great coverage from Verizon- BS- Cannot reach visible via email. For this I pay $???

Your options for contacting customer service are chat or by DM on their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, X and their support page on Reddit. No, they don't have a phone number to call or an email address.
Edit: coverage is by use of Verizon towers. Visible is actually owned by Verizon.

If Verizon coverage is not good in your area , neither will Visible's. Metro uses T-Mobile's towers.
