I started the free trial process today and part way through the esim process it errored out and didn't finish. The problem is when I log into my account, it shows a phone number (even though when I searched for one it said there are no available numbers in that zip code) and says I have 15 days left of my trial. However, the esim never activated and my phone has no esims on it. I tried deleting the app and restarting the phone multiple times. I then called Verizon and they confirmed my phone is unlocked and advised me to remove the physical sim and try again. Same thing happens every time where I try to scan the QR code or get another sim from my phone and I get the same esim not ready error. I've tried chatting with support but all I get is a link to how to set up esim for the first time. Searching in here I see where people recommend deleting the esim and starting over but I have no way of doing that in my visible account as it thinks I'm all setup and using my phone. I'm starting to think there is no way the $20/month savings is worth it if this is how things are going to be with zero support. I do have 4 lines so I thought $80 would be worth it but even that is debatable.
What other carriers use the Verizon towers? I really wanted to use spectrum mobile but I can't get internet through them at even one of my 3 houses, and that's a prerequisite.

You need to do an online chat and request to speak to an agent and not the AI. The agent may be able to walk you through the steps to resolve this issue.
Or cancel and do a physical SIM with a different email account.
