got my V sim installed it but in process of Apple ID recovery so can download then Visible App can I activate the sim via the web site without the App?
I guess I could be wrong. Someone on Reddit said they were able to have customer service activate via chat. Didn't know it was possible but you can check.
I was on the automated chat for ages and then it stated hold for a live agent! I waited for 1 hour no live person came on to the chat โฆ so whether they have a real customer service is doubtful!
It should go into a countdown on chat. If you can't get a hold of them on chat try sending them a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. Facebook works for me. You can try Reddit also https://www.reddit.com/user/VisibleCareSupport/ click more options on the right and send them a message, they will respond within5 minutes usually.
