wrong number recieved by recipient of text

My number was ported in to Visible and calls work fine incoming text messages work fine but when I reply to a text or send a text the wrong number displays.... I am having difficulty getting anyone to understand

this....  I have done all the troubleshootig things the robot suggests but can't spend my entire day sitting on chats attempting to get to a live body.  Any ideas????
