change my order status
i began service on the trade in plan. my phone value was $0, so i didn't send it in. i now need a new phone but can't buy one because it shows i have an order pending. how do i correct this?

Does the old plan support 5? Or is this what the upgrade will supply?
Is there a way to check international minutes used from the free minutes allocated everything month? Every time I chat with customer support, they say they can’t access that information for me. It’s very frustrating
