Finally after a 4 hour chat session got my service fixed and working.
Wanted to throw in the towel but I didn’t . After all was said and done
it appeared to be a verizon SIM card issue that was causing the problems
so hopeful I am on the way to being...
just switched over last night and nothing is working right! I am very
frustrated cause I am locked out of log in and do not know what to do, I
cant get calls I cant text cant get anything, Please let me know what to
do
