My caller id doesn't work. When I get a call, I can hear the ringtone, but the screen stays dark. I've had this phone for over a year and still haven't resolved this issue. Can somebody please help me.

I'm trying to pay my bill early, but your website won't allow me to make a payment before 7 days till due date. Why set artificial time limits as to when a customer can pay? Everybody has different financial situations.
