I didn’t receive Black Friday promo discount and friend referral discount even though I used their promo and referral codes for transferring my number to visible
Contact customer service and they should help you out and at least apply the BF promo. The referral might be a little tougher but other have gotten them to apply but you will likely need the account and phone number of the person that referred you.
