My account was shut off because of an issue with payment, though I didn't realize it. I'd like to set up a new payment form and restart my account. Can I please call someone, or have someone call me so I can talk to a human about doing this?

This is a customer based forum that is not visited by Visible. Visible doesn't have a number to call. You need to contact them by using chat or by sending them a DM on Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram or on the Reddit page. If using chat answer something else to the questions it asks once or twice until a chat box appears they type agent. It might be possible to have them call you if they can't solve your issue through chat.
