Activation issues - Old Service discon and ported to Visible. # is Visible now but wont work - Help

When my phone was ported to Visible the old carrier Verizon deactivated my number on their account immediately.  Visible now has my # but my phone will not work and says I need to contact Verizon.

 

Been on phone with Verizon for 3 days to solve this and they say it is a Visible issue.  I am laid off and have no way to have phone contact.  I need assistance.

If you need to contact Visible customer service you need to contact them through chat, to do that go to visible.com and click the help tab, in the bottom righthand corner is a little blue box click that and it will open chat, type agent in the dialog box or you will converse with a chatbot. You can also contact Visible by messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, X and on their support page on Reddit. Any of these will get you a response in minutes rather than days.

 

Visible does not have any brick and mortar stores and even though it is owned by Verizon their stores can't help because Visible operate as a separate entity.
