Daughters new iphone 15 works but today stopped sending or receiving calls. Goes dead on attempts.

My daughter has a new iphone 15 with a visible plan since she is attending school two hours away.  It's worked fine until today and it's stopped making or receiving calls.  She can still text, videos won't upload.  It's extremely frustrating that there is no actual Visible brick and mortar we can send her to address this.  Have ya'll experienced with their coverage?  I'm thinking we may switch her back to the former provider.  What is the best place ya'll have found to handle Visible coverage issues?  The AI agent was no help.  They tried to update the SIM and that did nothing as well. She is unable to wifi call- is this something that has to be manually turned on via the app?  PLEASE HELP!!:(

Visible does not have any brick and mortar stores and customer service is only handled online, no phone number to call. To get a live agent after you open chat and it asks what the issue is from the list choose something else, when you get a box to type in type the work agent, it should ask you if you want to be connected to an assistant. 

 

Another way to contact them is through their social media platforms by messaging them. You can do this on Facebook, Instagram or X/Twitter. FB or X is my preferred method, once you send them a private message they will send a link to a direct chat where there is no waiting in queue for an agent like there is on regular chat.
