Has anyone traded in a phone but not received there e-gift card? According to Visible my e-gift was supposed to be delivered by 2/10 via email. It never came!
I’ve opened several cases with Visible via the live agent chat with no resolution.
I have to say I’ve been ripped off they have my phone but never held up there end of the deal by paying me for it.
