How to port number? No option in setup process

The help article for porting numbers to Visible suggests that there's a step in the activation process that allows you to port a number. I just activated on iOS and I didn't see any such step. There's no way to do it in account settings. Has anyone done this recently?

Never mind! I figured it out - you just have to use the app, not the website.

Doesnt work with App too. Having same problem

If it doesn't work you can order a new number and onece the line is active you can ask the customer that you wanna port in your number and they will help you out 

I can't even get ahold of Customer Service to complete the purchase of a line, not trusting that I'll magically be able to after purchasing the line ๐Ÿ˜ž

Same here. Dont see an option on app or web. Also as WyzZero said cant even get customer service to help with purchase (2+ hours and still waiting), cant trust they will help later. Anyone had luck recently porting number to visible as part of initial purchase?
