Kids Mode Perplexing Limitation

Hello I understand that Visible only supports Paired Mode on Watches. I got a line for my Child and have parental controls on her phone. The only way I can also add parental controls on my child's watch is if I also enable Kids mode on the watch. This is my child's line and I am okay with her using either the locked down phone or the locked down watch. However Visible does not allow me to activate the watch. This is extremely perplexing. If Visible supports the hardware then why does it matter what mode the software is using. I understand that calls will go to both devices and that is what I want so what is the issue here?

Maybe try contacting support since this is a customer based forum.

 

I know nothing about watches but only thing would come to mind would be to disable the parental controls on the phone and watch then try to activate the watch on that line. Once done then see if adding the parental controls still allows the watch to work.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. Spoke to them twice and they were kind enough to refund my purchase and release my number. I'll keep my daughter on a different service and just use visible for my own line. Love the service just wish it would work with kids watches too.
